Examinations

There will be two term examinations in a year. In each term there will be periodic assessment and written examination.

For promotion to the next class a minimum of 33% marks in each subject is a must. This applies to every student from class one onwards.

Absence from one or more subjects leads the loss of marks in subjects and excludes the student from being reckoned in the order of merit in the examination.

No student without a minimum of 75% attendance will be allowed to appear for the annual examination for promotion to the next class.
Criteria for promotion to class X and XII

Minimum 33% in the annual exam and also in aggregate in each subject in order to be promoted to class X and XII.

For class XII, the student must pass in practical and theory exams separately.
