Admission

  1. Admission is open to all boys and girls irrespective of Caste, Creed or Religion. 
  2. A Candidate according to “NEP” (National Education Policy) must have completed 4 years and should not exceed 5 years before 1st April of the Session for admission to Class “LKG”, 5 years to 6years for Class “HKG” & 6 years to 7 years for Class “I” and for all succeeding classes - a valid TC (Transfer Certificate) and PEN (Permanent Education Number) from previous school will be required. 
  3. Candidates seeking admission to any class (depends on vacancy / availability of seats) need to produce an Official BIRTH Certificate (from either the Municipal Corporation or Authorized Govt. Organization) in support of the Date of Birth along with their Aadhar Card also needs to be attached along with the Registration and the Admission Form. 
  4. Any Candidate seeking admission for classes “I” and above will need to produce in Original a School Leaving Certificate from the previous School, failing to submit the same will automatically disqualify the candidate for admission.

Withdrawal

  1. A prior one Month’s notice needs to be given (by filling a “Withdrawal Form” available in the school office / downloading it from the school website) and submitting it in the school office / mailing it to anselmjpr@gmail.com - before the withdrawal of a student. The fee would be charged till the date of receiving of the “Withdrawal Form” at the school office by the Parent / person authorised by the parent in written along with attested copy of the Aadhar card of parent and the authorized person or on Email by Parent from their ID and not by the student himself / herself.  
     

    Note: No TC shall be issued till “Withdrawal Form” reaches the school office  

    through the above means. Class / Subject Teacher, school shall not be held  

    responsible if the above means are not followed, as no TC shall be issued if the 

    “Withdrawal Form” does not reach the school office and fees will be charged 

     till the form reaches the office.  

    2. No school leaving certificate (TC) will be issued / given until and unless all the dues to the school have been paid / cleared in full (till receiving of the “Withdrawal Form” at the school office) and only then the school leaving certificate (TC) will be issued that too only to the Parent / person authorised by the parent in written along with attested copy of the Aadhar card of both the parent and the authorized person or to the student if physically present.
